Haiding 2 is part or Formosa 3 (F3) an up to 2 GW offshore wind project comprised of three offshore wind farm sites: Haiding 1, 2 and 3. Located in Changhua county on the central-western coast of Taiwan, F3 is supporting Taiwan to achieve their renewable energy goals and represents a multi-billion investment from the partners and project lenders up to the end of construction.
The project received Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approvals in 2018.
