TotalEnergies Renewables starts up the largest-to-date operated utility-scale solar farm with storage in the United States. Indeed, Myrtle is a 380 MW solar power plant with 225 MWh of battery storage.

Located in the south of Houston (Texas), 70% of Myrtle’s capacity will supply electricity to the Company’s industrial plants. The Myrtle project has 705,000 ground-mounted photovoltaic panels installed which is the equivalent consumption of 70,000 homes in the area.
