The Santa Isabel solar farm is 50% owned by TotalEnergies and represents 190 MW of installed capacity. Located near the municipality of María Elena, in the Antofagasta Region (at about 1,500 km north from Santiago de Chile), the project entered into commercial operation in August 2021. Santa Isabel benefits from a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Colbún S.A, a Chilean private utility and one of the main electricity generators in the country. It produces about 550 GW per year.
